Qui sommes-nous ?
École de la Montagne (EDLM) is a French mountain education school helping people become autonomous in mountaineering, ski touring and climbing. Our programmes combine practical training with mountain guides, online learning, mentoring and a community of mountain enthusiasts. We are preparing our international expansion for 2027.
Le poste
Help develop and run EDLM’s mountaineering and ski touring programmes in Germany and Austria, with a first launch planned for 2027. Working remotely with our French team and local guides, you will facilitate learning, support participants throughout their programmes, and manage admissions and admission interviews. You will also build local partnerships and help adapt our programmes and communication to local learners.
Facilitate mountaineering and ski touring programmes: run online learning sessions, lead group discussions and keep learners engaged throughout their training.
Support participants, follow their learning progress and coordinate educational activities with the guides and the EDLM team.
Manage enquiries and admissions in German: answer prospective learners’ questions and guide them through the application process.
Conduct admission interviews with prospective clients: understand their mountain experience, goals and availability, explain our programmes and assess which learning pathway fits their needs.
Follow up with applicants and support their enrolment and onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with local mountain guides, clubs and partners to support programme delivery and development.
Help adapt learning materials, programme communication and outreach to German-speaking audiences.
Support the 2027 launch and gather feedback from learners, guides and partners to improve the programmes, with targeted market research when needed.
