Description du poste

We are looking for an intern to support our Retail Training department, focusing eLearning (W/M).

Your main responsibilities and missions are:

–        Ongoing learner engagement:

o   update “news” and the “training topic of the month” sections by community (SM, SA, others) in English and translated version

o   Sharing leaderboard results – points & badges – to drive competitiveness within the teams

o   organising regular small competitions upon course completion/answering quizzes and the associated prizes/recognition

o   sending monthly emails via Outlook and/or within the platform to inform about training topics of the month

–        Translation administration:

o   Support the ongoing translation of the platform

o   Support the ongoing translation of eLearning modules (Mohive and Blended x courses) for EMEA and other areas (Russia, Mexico)

o   Translation of the mobile version of the platform

o   Work with the Store Manager translators to receive feedback on translated content and support with the suggested changes

–        Analysing and tracking:

o   Checking and regularly sending ongoing reports & tracking on training completion, scores to Store Managers and District Managers

o   Analyse feedback of courses (the feedback given at the end of a course), and propose changes)

–        Maintenance:

–        Updating training content as necessary based on changes or feedback and reapply the changes to the translated versions

–        Apply any updates to the mobile version too

–        Working with CK on fixing bugs and issues on the back office/front office based on learner feedback and in a proactive way, ongoing tech support

–        Ongoing learner administration:

o   add/remove/edit learners using the user marketing file (excel)

o   Assign learning channels and training courses to learners based on their role, or hide courses and training channels

–        Content creation:

–        Creation of easy Mohive courses, micro learnings, visuals/printable training summaries

Simultaneously, the intern will collaborate to the projects entrusted by the company (event organization).

You will report directly to the Training Specialist Retail.

Profil requis

  • Education: BAC +4 or +5 Business School or equivalent

  • Specific Skills:

    • Agile and fast in learning new digital system (perhaps you already bring first experiences in working with eLearning tools)

    • Self-sufficient, organized, team spirit, curious with capacity to adapt quickly to different tasks

    • You like the dynamic retail environment

    • A first experience in HR or training related roles is a strong plus

  • Foreign Language(s): English is mandatory

  • IT Skills: Experienced in MS Office
