Yuba Bicycles is looking for the “France & Europe Marketing Manager” for its European office located near Annecy in the French Alps. You will be in charge of the marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing execution and marketing development mostly for the french speaking markets but also for other European countries. You will be reporting directly to the company’s CEO.

Position’s Objectives & Summary:

  • Marketing strategy for the french speaking market. This includes all aspects from: website, digital marketing, events, marketing programs, ambassador programs, partnerships, contests, collaboration with retailers, press, etc..
  • PR and media plan for the french speaking markets, as well as for the main European markets mentioned above.
  • To coordinate successful product launches in France and Europe
  • Communication plan for the french and EU markets.
  • Social Management: strategy, execution, intern or contractor management, CRM, search, adwords…
  • Website management
  • Content creation: product copywriting, blog, stories, profile, etc
  • To structure and build the French/ EU marketing team
  • Brand positioning, align with company values and consumer driven values
  • Digital content creation, photograph, video
  • To work with graphic team to adapt US based content or create market specific deliverables
  • To organize events and trade show organization
  • To contribute to positioning Yuba as the market leader in the markets mentioned above
  • Results follow-up and analysis

 

Profil requis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Master Marketing, Business School or similar

  • 6+ years of experience including 3 years in the bicycle or outdoor industry

  • 3+ years managing marketing assistants and contractors

  • 3+ years experience organizing consumer shows

  • Fluency in French, English and German

  • Superior copywriting skills in French

  • Proven ability to effectively position product messages and develop strong collaterals to drive desired adoption

  • Experience with modern marketing tools: CRM (mailchimp), Hub spots, etc

  • Demonstrated success in building marketing programs to drive growth

  • Superior verbal and written communication

  • Excellent team player

  • A keen ability to manage projects, keeping to budget, organizing, prioritizing and coping with multiple tasks

  • Strong knowledge of Google for work

  • Excellent knowledge of google PPC tools, display, shopping, video

  • Experience using Facebook Ad Manager, understanding of Facebook campaigns

  • Experience with alternatives digital platforms a plus(Pinterest, Strava, Twitter,..)

  • Knowledge of WordPress, woocommerce

 

  • Position located near Annecy, France

  • Ability to travel about 10%-15% of the time. International travel required
