General Position Summary:

The Content Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the creation of digital assets (web & email) for both Columbia and Sorel websites, under the direction of the E-commerce Operations director with the partnership of Brand Marketing and the European Ecommerce team.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare package for the Design Agencies under the guidance of content specialist.
  • Coordinate all translation work.
  • Prepare content: visual assets, final copy files.
  • Day to day relationships with the Web Design agency to work on and approve mock-ups.
  • Coordinate all content approvals with the US HQ
  • Digital Asset Management.
  • Content scheduling on SFCC/CMS.
  • Email implementation and scheduling on our EPSILON email platform.
  • Validate all contents before publication, inc. QA, verifications of links, tags, …
  • Align within Planning established by eCommerce team/ content specialist.
  • Close relationship with our US HQ content and Brand team for all seasonal briefs and guidelines.

Profil requis

Job Specific Skills:

 

  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics web tools
  • Experience with Photoshop
  • Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute projects to strict deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to technical and business issues
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager,SFCC/Demandware and Jira is a +
  • Strong web culture, business, technologies, trends…
  • Customer experience focused
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
  • Oral and written English, fluent in a second language (ES, DE, IT)
  • Excellent Writing, verbal and communication skills

 

Education and Experience:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in international website / e-marketing or ecommerce background
  • Experience working with Web Design Agency
  • Previous experience in apparel and footwear preferred
  • Be able to adhere to and follow existing development and design styles and brand guidelines
  • Thrive on working in a fun and fast-moving environment
