Our future Employee Experience Assistant will contribute to different projects and daily tasks to help develop and deliver an outstanding employee experience.

Reporting to our Employee Experience Project Manager, they will work on different high-impact moments of the employee journey, with a special focus on the:

Onboarding: Supporting the development and implementation of our global onboarding path, planning and facilitating different events for our new joiners, as well as creating dedicated documents and tools.
 

Engagement: Participating in the roll out of the global engagement survey, supporting the successful launch by assisting in creation of communication and training supports, assisting in analyzing gathered data to identify areas of improvement and action plans.
 

Offboarding: Helping us shape this stage of the employee journey by conducting an audit of the current state of play, researching and synthetizing best practices and trends in this area of employee experience.
In parallel, you will also participate in the organization of internal events in the company.

Notre futur(e) Assistant(e) Expérience Collaborateur contribuera à différents projets et tâches quotidiennes pour aider à développer et garantir une expérience collaborateur exceptionnelle.

Sous la responsabilité de notre Cheffe de Projet Expérience Collaborateur, tu travailleras sur différents aspects du parcours collaborateur à fort impact, avec un accent particulier sur :

Onboarding : Soutenir le développement et la mise en œuvre de notre parcours d’intégration global, planifier et faciliter différents événements pour nos nouveaux arrivants, ainsi que créer des documents et des outils dédiés.

Engagement : Participer au déploiement de l’enquête mondiale sur l’engagement, soutenir la réussite du lancement en aidant à la création de supports de communication et de formation, aider à l’analyse des données recueillies pour identifier les domaines d’amélioration et les plans d’action.

Offboarding : Nous aider à façonner cette étape du parcours collaborateur en réalisant un audit de l’état actuel, en recherchant et en synthétisant les meilleures pratiques et les tendances dans ce domaine de l’expérience collaborateur.

En parallèle, tu seras également amené(e) à participer à l’organisation d’événements internes dans l’entreprise.

🎓 Education: Pursuing a master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources Management or related field

🎤 Languages: Fluent in English and French (C1)

💻 Tools: Microsoft 365/Office (including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel). Graphic design & content creation tools a plus.

🎓 Formation : Master (Bac+4 ou +5) en marketing, en communication, en gestion de ressources humaines ou dans un domaine proche

🎤 Langues : Anglais et français courant (C1)

💻 Informatique : Microsoft 365/Office (dont PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel). Outils de conception graphique et de création de contenu un plus.
