In line with the ZAG Strategic Plan, the Brand positioning, the Brand Creative Frame, and in close cooperation with the CEO, Sales, Design and CSR teams, define and steer the activation marketing plan for ZAG, in order to reinforce the Brand awareness and credibility toward our customers, consumers and communities :

·         Build the activation strategy and plan at global and local level

·         Define and deliver the activation programs and toolbox (customers, consumers, communities) on the field with global and local sales teams

·         Steer the creation of activation campaign and its consistency (creative expression, format) with Design teams on all supports and all channels

·         Monitor and track the local execution with the sales and financial teams (planning, capabilities, budget)

·         Team management

You will work in close collaboration with CEO, Sales Director and Sales Teams in the countries.
You will report directly to the CEO and be part of the ZAG Executive Committee

// Build the activation strategy and plan at global and local level

Formalize the strategic choices in the Activation Marketing Plan in line with the brand Strategy

·         Define where to invest, activation priorities and associated budget

·         Build the strategic priorities and plan (actions, KPIs, Targets), in collaboration with the sales team and digital team

·         Define omnichannel yearly/seasonal activation calendar and priorities

·         Ensure the implementation of the ZAGREEN Program in the field

Trade Marketing Plan

·         Define marketing activation guidelines with graphic team and provide toolbox to the sales teams

·         Ensure the basics (booth, pos materials, workbook, catalogues, leaflets… )

·         Contribute to sales events (ski tests, local sales meetings, launch events)

·         Support sales activation program with our international Key accounts

·         Align with Commercial and local team on the activation planning and store programm

·         Implement ZAGreen Program

Consumer & Community activation plan

·         Define media strategy: PR, gear reviews, editorial, product placement, payed media

·         Define place of practice activation strategy: events, snow demos, show trade …

·         Develop ZAG loyalty programm

·         Develop Pro communities with the Pro manager by providing marketing supports

·         Manage, recruit and animate ZAG TEAM (Riders, ambassadors, influencers…)

·         Continue and develop relevant partnerships

// Steer the creation of activation campaign

·         Ensure consistency of campaigns, contents and toolboxes

·         Manage interface with Creative Agency (from brief to follow-up & feedback sessions), and follow up of the implementation

·         Oversees the creation of campaign, content and toolboxes

·         Tune initiatives/programs to region-specific requirements

·         Tell the story, develop brand content, movies and shooting management

// Monitor and track the local execution with the market teams

// Team Management

·         Take part & contribute to the Executive Committee of the Brand

·         Guide and motivate the team to drive a strong output

·         Train and empower the team members to develop individually and collectively

·         Identify potential gaps/future needs (skills, process) and recommend way forward

·         Manage efficiently budget spending and monthly tracking ROI analysis

Profil requis


Needed work experience : 5 yrs of professional experience in Marketing & Communication

Education 5 year degree course in Marketing and Business development

English Bilingual / Fluent ++

Strong background, passion in Sport Outdoor

Creativity, innovation, committed

Team member and ability to collaborate, be able to question themselves and adjust behaviour and methods to achieve the expected results
