 Job description
 The B2C Data Insights Specialist delivers and supports a comprehensive e-commerce and retail analytics environment to allow business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions to support sales, merchandising and inventory management. The role supports the company strategic business planning process by developing and facilitating a robust business forecasting model. This role works with key stakeholders in brand e-commerce and retail teams to prioritize analytics activities and business use cases in line with business strategy. This role works with the DABI (Data Analytics and BI) teams to develop advanced analytical methods and ensure quality of data.

•   Leverages statistical modelling and historical data to forecast e-commerce and retail sales and inventory requirements.

•   Partners with business stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities that support B2C business strategy. Gathers and Translates business requirements into deliverables.

•   Consolidates and structures data from multiple data sources into easy to use data visualizations & dashboards.

•   Supports users in providing key findings and recommendations that are actionable to the business.

•   Continually develops & delivers training modules to end users to ensure

•   Works with technical teams to acquire, prepare and ensure quality of data

•   Supports end users & resolves data issues/questions

Audits data, dashboards & usage/adoption

 Required profile
 Competencies:

•   Analytical mindset and business acumen

•   Proficiency with using and analyzing data

•   Strong understanding of and sensitivity towards data integrity and cleanliness

•   Advanced experience with data visualization/story-telling techniques

•   Advanced SQL query knowledge strongly preferred

•   Experience in e-commerce and/or retail environment

•   Ability to work within a highly technical environment

•   Finance understanding

•   Influence without authority

•   Drive, enthusiasm, interpersonal collaboration & networking skills

•   Understanding of national specificities in the context of international projects

•   Developed negotiating skills

Fluent communication skills in English, other languages a plus 



Work Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, data analysis/reporting and performance marketing, with a multi-national scope
  • Experience in consumer goods where marketing is a key driver of growth and success
  • Experience working with outside services
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Ability to work in a decentralized team environment
Education:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business/Marketing/Statistics, or equivalent
